It's a busy weekend in Miami's club land, so get ready to party all weekend long. This comes as a relief, seeing how the past few weekends, the choices out there have been less than stellar. So it's a bit of a surprise that at the height of the summer season, there is this sudden spurt of things to do.

If you are looking for something that involved free booze, head over to Aero Bar (247 23rd Street, Miami Beach) tonight where Absolut Vodka will be promoting its newest limited-edition flavor Absolut Los Angeles (I wonder if it tastes like silicone and smog) with free drinks from 10 p.m. to midnight. "Celebrity" DJ Cheapshot will be providing the background noise, along with Mark Leventhal in the lounge.

Saturday seems to be the most action-packed day of the week, with plenty of options. First, Aquabooty will be taking over the Raleigh's pool (1775 Collins Avenue, Miami) for its Summer Sessions event. Mr. V is on board to provide the slick house grooves so you can relax by the pool. Jason Wiggill, Sheldon Prince, Strickly B, Will Renuart, Tomas, DJ Aladdin and Aaron Feld will also be spinning through the day. While the pool event is from 2 to 9 p.m., the party doesn't stop there. No, it moves to the Raleigh's penthouse, where from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. you'll be able to enjoy 3-hour live set from Mr. V. There is no guestlist for the penthouse party and tickets are limited, so buy yours now at aquabooty.com.

There is also more going on the beach in the form of Canadian progressive house. Deadmau5 is back at Mansion (1235 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach) and this is a guaranteed to be a must-hear for any true house music fanatic. Fellow Torontonian Sydney Blu will be opening up for the Mau5.

Over at the mainland, Wynwood's Second Saturdays takes place from 7 to 10 p.m., but make sure to stop by (cue shameless plug) Midtown 4 building in Midtown Miami for the New Times UnZipped event, which will have plenty of goodies, free booze and sounds by Black Jesus. The afterparty is at the Vagabond (30 NE 14th Street, Miami).

Finally, Monday -- yes, Monday -- Baltimore DJ Scottie B will stop by White Room's (1306 N Miami Avenue, Miami) Monday night bash Exposure. DJs Al B Rotton, Ryan Evans, Johnny the Boy and Johnny Strokes will also be there to make sure you get to work hungover Tuesday morning.
