The Plain White T's quietly released a pop-punk album called Every Second Counts in September of 2006. However, thanks to the surprise success of the ubiquitous single "Hey There Delilah" — which is originally found on 2005's All That We Needed — Counts was recently certified gold and the band had the chance to appear on the Today Show. But contrary to those events, the Plain White T's are no one-hit wonders; in fact, the band has spent the past ten years in dirty rock clubs and stinky vans. The follow-up, Big Bad World, was released in 2008 and is not doing too shabbily on the charts either. At the band's show, expect a mix of material from all five of the act's full-lengths — and a crowd ranging from hard-core fans to recent converts. Whichever camp you fall into, just don't be the dude who requests the hit single. Trust us, they'll get to it.
