The Rock of Ages filming is under way in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and so are the retro fashion choices by cast members Russell Brand and Alec Baldwin, who is not bowing out!

Tweeted by the film's director, Adam Shankman, the photo shows Brand as Lonny Barnett, who narrated the musical's original production. If we get to hear his English accent detailing the story, that'd be a tad sweeter than his enormous lollipop. Wifey Katy Perry -- who hits South Florida for a performance at BankAtlantic Center on June 11 -- must be so proud.

Baldwin looks to be enjoying his hair extensions quite a bit as he morphs into Bourbon Room owner Dennis Dupree. After they decided to put a Hollywood sign on a garbage dump for this production, it's clear that anything goes.

If the movie follows the broadway show, Brand and Baldwin will perform REO Speedwagon's "Can't Fight This Feeling" together.
