Hip-hop took over Bicentennial Park in Miami on Sunday with the Best of the Best concert — one of countless events catering to the music-hungry Memorial Day Weekend public. Diddy hosted the bash, and Rick Ross, Flo Rida and a radiant Nicki Minaj were among the day’s featured guests.
