Tim McGraw

So last month you had your shitkickers oiled up and your handlebar 'stache all in line. You were all set to get off the barstool at Davie Junction and get down at the Tim McGraw show, maybe even catch some eye candy from his wife, the incomparable Faith Hill. Dagnabbit, the show was cancelled, but don't get your britches in a twist -- it's back, and sold out to boot. Coming on the successful boot-scootin' heels of the 2004 country/pop smash hit, Live Like You Were Dying, McGraw is ready to make the ladies scream and the men hide their daughters. This son of major league pitcher Tug McGraw grew up in a single-parent home in Louisiana, eventually making his eponymous Nashville debut in 1992, taking over the top slot in women's fantasies below the Mason-Dixon (and below the beltline). If you ain't got your tickets yet, make sure you bring extra bread for Hard Rock scalpers.

Tim McGraw plays at 8 p.m. Monday, September 19, at the Seminole Hard Rock, 1 Seminole Way, Hollywood. Redeem your ticket from the cancelled August 25 show, or be prepared to hunt down a scalper. Tickets initially cost between $50 and $200, but the show is sold out. Call 866-502-7529.
