Judson Rodgers, mastermind behind the spacy swirl of West Palm Beach electro act Sumsun, leads a new night of experimental dance music at Lake Worth's Propaganda. Beginning Wednesday, December 29, Rodgers will take time out of his busy schedule to launch the Lush Haus residency, a monthly event where nebulous, if not insular, sounds will reign supreme. To help Rodgers keep things hazily tight, equally Toro Y Moi-adoring DJs Secret Hideout and the Get will assist behind the decks. Lush Haus also promises visual stimulation via projections by graphic artist Jesselisa Moretti. These kaleidoscopic visions eddying and churning to the off-centered beat will put attendees' neurons through the ringer. As if all this was not enough dizzying excitement, former West Palm Beach and now Gainesville act Hear Hums will also be on hand, performing its celestial blur live. With no cover, this "night of forward-thinking music" is sure to enchant fans of experimental dance.
