Sad news coming out of the Sweat Records camp today. The Little Haiti shop was burglarized sometime overnight on Saturday, and the thieves made off with a computer, cash drawer, and other electronics.
This is not the first time the shop has been hit, unfortunately.
As owner Lolo Reskin points out in a post
on the store's website, things could've been worse. For now, the
SweatShopMiami online store is down until a new computer is put in
place. Although there's a Paypal account available for donations, Reskin
urges friends to help out by coming to Sweatstock this weekend. Here's one band who'll be there.
