The Rat Opera is a new project by Rob Elba of the Holy Terrors that is, yes, a rock opera chronicling the life of local noise legend
Rat Bastard. The opera will be workshopped tonight at
Tobacco Road in
Miami, before debuting in full at Churchill's in October. Admission is $5.
