On its debut album for Hellcat Records, The Stories Are True, the Los Angeles-based quartet has a seemingly endless supply of street-level shouters catchy enough to send the kiddies straight to the record shops and quite possibly send the 30-year-olds right back to their dusty copies of ...And Out Come the Wolves. There's some awfully good old-school punk rock 'n' roll here if you're willing to wade through the hairspray and studs to get to it.
