Tonight! Alexisonfire, La Dispute, Trash Talk, Therefore I Am at Ground Control in West Palm Beach

Ontario prog-punks Alexisonfire leads an aggressive bill at West Palm Beach's Ground Control (122 N. Military Trail) this evening. According to On Fire Booking, the doors open at 5 p.m.

Also on the bill: Sacramento's hardcore pummelers Trash Talk, aggro-punks La Dispute from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Boston post-hardcore outfit Therefore I Am, and Delray Beach's the Wild and Crazy Kids, who might be playing their final show if MySpace is to be believed.

Ground Control, which has no official site as of this time aside from On Fire Booking (where

you can buy tickets to the shows), has a steady

stream of bookings in the coming months -- all of which seem to embrace

the angst-ridden hardcore depths of punk.

Plugging "122 N.

Military Trail" into Google Maps points us to Airport Billiards & Lounge,

but no one was picking up when we called there. Look for video

directions to this venue similar to the ones we recently provided for Fort

Lauderdale's 1921 in the near future. If anyone has attended a show

at Ground Control recently, holler at us.
