Country fans: In addition to a trio of massive Cruzan dates already announced in this space (Brad Paisley on August 14, Toby Keith on September 4, and Rascal Flatts on September 24), we have a quartet of bookings coming up that will likely have you hogtied.
- The biggest of the big is Sugarland! Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush are enjoying a typically hot ride on the strength of their new album that continues skirting the line between country and pop, The Incredible Machine, set for release in October. Little Big Town and Randy Montana are along for the show at Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach on Saturday, October 16. Tickets are on sale July 31.
- Speaking of Randy Montana,
the Nashville singer/songwriter will also perform a solo date at Round Up Country Western Club in Davie on August 4. His hit single "Ain't Much Left of Lovin' You"
should figure in.
- The next club concert scheduled at Round Up is Uncle Kracker,
who has perfected the art of mellowing the harsh connotations of his
stage name with hits like "Smile" and "Follow Me." Catch him October 14.
- Finally, there's the chestnut-voiced Easton Corbin,
who is a native of Trenton, Florida. His first single, "A Little More
Country Than That," hit number one on the country charts earlier this
year. His Round Up visit is scheduled for December 9.
