Diablo Dimes is a an old-style blues character complete with torn hat, busted old guitar, harmonica, and kazoo, who plays gutbucket, Dixieland, rag time, swamp-ugly music about drinking, fighting, fucking, loving, losing, using, bruising, abusing, cheating, scamming, killing, stealing, dope dealing, shit like that, that kind of shit, and shit of that nature.
You may also recognize him from an episode of Miami Ink where he got a traditional American gypsy girl head tattooed on his arm along with banners reading “Ragtime gypsy, New Orleans.”
