If there’s one thing you should know about Serum, it’s that this guy shoots videos like the phony rappers he hates shoot imaginary victims in their songs. That and he also has one of the strongest, most consistent rapid-fire flows in underground hip-hop. And he’s a pretty big dude. So beware. Since dropping the album Brainstorm Troopah in late 2009, he’s been releasing what feels like a new video every two weeks.  His most recent and highest caliber contribution to date is the Adam Rush-directed LP title track “Brainstorm Troopah,” a creepy, post-illuminatti visual trip that could easily be the intro for the new Zeitgeist documentary.

While the “Brainstorm Troopah” video has been making its rounds for a while, it just recently finished runnerup in mtvU’s Freshman of the Week contest and has been a blog feature on Spike TV, MTV Canada, and many more in the past few weeks.
