Today the Juice directs your attention to an oldie but goodie: Los Angeles area blogger/smartass extraordinaire/ former New Times correspondent Tim Hammill, AKA Tim Hammer, has launched a podcast (and entertaining blog full of chuckly boy humor). In episode two, Hammer describes an alleged encounter between the Miami Heat’s Jermaine O’Neal and human fish Michael Phelps.

The two, apparently, had a dispute years ago when O’Neal dared sound less than enthusiastic about participating in the Olympics, and Golden Boy Phelps ran his mouth about it to the media. This allegedly ended with O’Neal surprising Phelps at a swim meet and karate-chopping him “Ric Flair-style.”
