An Indiana casket company has recently taken two Belle Glade funeral homes to court, claiming that the undertakers didn’t pay for nearly $50,000 worth of coffins.
Batesville Casket Co. says that Camel Funeral Services owes the company $26,303.80 for coffins and, perhaps, cremation urns, according to a Broward County Civil Court filing.
The company, which offers online ordering, says that Glades Funeral Chapel also owes $22,699.20 for similar mortuary products.
