Gun in Death of 13-Year-Old Belonged to Homeowner

New details were just released by Hollywood Police in the shooting death Wednesday afternoon of 13-year-old Daniel Torres. The department is reporting that the gun in question belonged to the homeowner, presumably a parent of the 14-year-old friend who police say pulled the trigger.

Investigators have not released the name of that 14-year-old nor the name of the homeowner. They also have not said whether the shooting was an accident or deliberate.
