Deerfield Beach city employees who fail to greet Mayor Peggy Noland in the manner seen above will be deemed "disrespectful." To wit, any other greeting is "unacceptable" and causes "irrevocable damage to the welfare of the department" and their fellow workers. As such, those workers will face disciplinary action, just like Cassandra Moye.
