Shortly after leaving FAU's Boca Raton campus, his car broke down in Lake Worth, but he didn't warn any oncoming cars that his vehicle was stopped, and someone hit him from behind, causing the car to erupt into flames. • Two teens were shot outside of Deerfield Beach High School last night. The shootings happened in two separate locations: one at 910 SW 15th Street and the other in the 200 block of SW Seventh Court. The 15-year-old victim of the first shooting was airlifted to a nearby hospital while the second victim was shot by that boy's father. The father is still at large. [WPBF]

  • A student at Seminole Ridge High School was diagnosed with tuberculosis. The student is not in school at the time and is being treated for the disease. The Palm Beach County Health Department sent a letter to all other students who had classes with the infected student and ask that if they receive the letter that they come in for testing. [WPTV]
