Name Released of Child Who Drowned in Hollywood Pool

A 2-year-old child fell into a pool and drowned late Tuesday afternoon in Hollywood after he was left unattended by his mother. According to the release by Hollywood Police, Mariana Parmisciano put her child, Valentino Llenderrozo, in a room in the back of her home on McArthur Parkway while she worked in the front yard.

When Parmisciano came to the backyard, she discovered her child floating in a pool. She rushed the child to a neighbor, who performed CPR until first reponders showed up. The child died early this morning.

It remains unclear how long the child was in the pool before he was found.
