Since 1997, the print version of New Times hasn't changed much. Sure, we've added a website, BrowardPalmBeach.com, that has become South Florida's best news and entertainment spot on the 'net, with more than a million pageviews a month. But the printed paper has stayed largely the same.

Not anymore. On January 1, the weekly paper will add staples, perfectly trimmed pages, and, most important, a slick, glossy, magazine-like cover.

We'll continue to offer 54,000 copies a week in Broward and Palm Beach counties of the kind of investigative stories that have been honored with hundreds of national and regional journalism awards. And we will keep providing the best cultural coverage in Florida, including comprehensive music, food, art, and theater reviews. As other media struggle, we'll continue to thrive and grow.

BEFORE YOU GO...
Can you help us continue to share our stories? Since the beginning, New Times Broward-Palm Beach has been defined as the free, independent voice of South Florida — and we'd like to keep it that way. Our members allow us to continue offering readers access to our incisive coverage of local news, food, and culture with no paywalls.
