Palm Beach Police Arrest Two Women in Prostitution Ring at the Breakers Hotel

Palm Beach Police nabbed two women in a prostitution ring being held at the Breakers hotel in West Palm. According to probable-cause affidavits, the Palm Beach Police Department's Organized Crime, Vice & Narcotics Unit set up the sting via the website backpage.com.

Undercover agents answered an ad in the escorts section. The ad banner read, “New Number!! Chloe Young Blonde and Beautiful: This angel is ready to be a bad girl — 23," and arranged a meeting with "Chloe" at the hotel.

"Chloe," turned out to be 25-year-old Michelle Elizabeth Bencivenga.

According to the report, Bencivenga walked into room 1139 last Thursday afternoon at 2:10 p.m., where she met with an undercover officer posing as a john. She then offered her services, asking for an upfront payment of $350. The report says the officer handed her $360, which she put in her purse.

Bencivenga lifted her shirt and showed the officer her breasts. She then did it again before agents burst into the room to arrest her. According to the report, Bencivenga told officers she was a heroin addict. Drug paraphernalia was found in her purse, the report says.

Officers asked Bencivenga why she had come to the hotel. "I was gonna solicit for sex," she replied, according to the report.

Bencivenga was arrested and charged with offering to commit prostitution and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday.

Another woman was also arrested by the agents after arranging a meeting in the same room.

The undercover agent had a woman who went by the name "Delicious" come meet him in the room. Turns out, "Delicious" was 18-year-old Jenny Pierre-Louis.

According to the report, Pierre-Louis walked into the room and threw a Trojan Magnum condom onto the bed. She asked the officer for $180 upfront for an hour's worth of her companionship.

She then offered the undercover john oral sex. The officer handed Pierre-Louis $220, which she put in her pocketbook. The other agents then came into the room and arrested Pierre-Louis.

According to the report, they also found a plastic bag of marijuana.

Pierre-Louis was arrested and charged with offering to commit prostitution and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
