It seems like 27-year-old Josh Krasner spends more time upside down than right-side up. His Instagram (@krasnation) is chock-full of his signature inverted stance, where he balances on his forearms, his legs shooting up in the air.

"It's a whole bunch of yoga moves, depending on where I place my hands or how I hold my legs," Krasner explains. "I have no idea what it's called off the top of my head." Not quite a handstand or headstand, we refer to the move as a forearmstand.

He claims it's a lot easier than it seems, but once you spot his flip-flops in the air, you can't leave Fort Lauderdale Beach without taking a selfie with him.

Krasner can forearmstand on top of city orifices, a a paddleboard in water and while photobombing spring breakers on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

He works as a paddleboarding instructor at Sunrise Paddleboards, where he teaches the masses to balance atop a board in the Intracoastal Waterway. But at the end of every class, he teaches a few of his overeager disciples the art of doing a forearmstand (sometimes just a headstand, though) on a paddleboard. Just last week he taught a 7-year-old from Kentucky to do it on a paddleboard, he boasts.

Krasner knows most regulars on the beach by name. But sometimes the glitz of all the cameras and attention from his topsy-turvy lifestyle tolls on his relationships, sometimes even romantically.

"I'm a social guy," he says. "I'm not changing for anyone."

Besides, some of his fondest memories are when he was upside down.

There was the time he forearmstood with the bros on an awesome slip 'n' slide on the beach. And that other time he forearmstood with this dude. He takes photos with cute girls in bikinis ...and more cute girls in bikinis ...and more cute girls girls in bikinis with a puppy

But when he's not doing that, you can find him right-side up and on dry land enjoying an early breakfast with his senior citizen friends, taking marketing classes at Florida Atlantic University, and working shifts at the Big Kahuna and McSorley's Beach Pub.

You can also find him at Sunrise Paddleboards, where he will be more than happy to teach you the technicalities of the forearmstand. Just be sure to take a selfie, and even if you can't master the forearmstand, Krasner offers to hold your feet and step outside the frame for your shot.

If you try this at home, be sure to lean against a wall and turn over before the blood rushes to your head and you fall unconscious. It's not as easy as it seems.
