A series of massive explosions rocked Lake County near Orlando late Monday night.

According to several reports, the explosions began around 11 p.m. at Blue Rhino, a propane gas company, at the 300 block of County Road 448.

Multiple injuries have been reported.

Several homes in the area have been ordered evacuated.

Emergency response teams are on the scene.

According to one report, thousands of 30-foot-high propane tanks began to explode about every two minutes.

According to the Tavares City Manager, 24 people were working the night shift at the Blue Rhino plant, with ten people unaccounted for.
