Just after midnight last night, a man opened fire at the Strozier Library on the campus of Florida State University. The gunman shot three students and was then killed by campus police.

Throughout the incident, students posted videos and tweets from inside the library as they hid between stacks of books.

Tallahassee Police said 300 to 500 students were in the library at the time of the shooting. They believe it to be an isolated incident. As of this morning, one of the shot victims was in critical condition, another in stable, and a third who was grazed by a bullet was released.

Police reportedly will hold a news conference at 3 p.m. today.
