The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office is reporting that Antonio Flores, a 24-year-old Lake Worth resident, was driving drunk and without a license when last Thursday he crashed a gold Saturn into a pole on Sixth Avenue South in Lake Worth. Today he was charged with DUI manslaughter in the deaths of two passengers in the car: Fredy Perez, 32; and Fredy Adin Gonzalez Lucase, 37. Another passenger, Abel Campos, 22, was seriously injured in the crash, according to a PBSO release. Deputies reported toxicology tests that showed Flores with a 0.111 blood-alcohol content.
