In case you haven't been paying attention -- and pfft why wouldn't you? -- Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn (she's a skier!) were rumored to have been an item for the last few months.

But Vonn wouldn't confirm, so everyone was left to speculation and hearsay because it's tough having to get through an eight-hour workday without knowing if true love has blossomed between these two, dammit!

But then Tiger sent his private plane to pick up Vonn after she suffered an injury last month, and everyone was like, wuuuuaahhhh???

Well, speculate no more, you guys. Because Tiger did that thing that everybody does when they start a new relationship and posted stuff on Facebook.

Of course, not everyone announces a relationship with a separate page featuring glossy professional photos of themselves laughing like they just remembered how stupid-rich they are.

But, still.

From Tiger's MyFace page:

This season has been great so far and I'm happy with my wins at Torrey and Doral. Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating. We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes.

And also his twat Twitter:

Vonn herself tweeted out the pictures:

She also sent out a Facebook message:

I guess it wasn't a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods. Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy. I don't plan on addressing this further as I would like to keep that part of my life between us, my family and close friends. Thank you for understanding and your continued support! xo LV

From friends to something more! Yay!

Also, they won't be speaking about this further, and will be keeping it between family and close friends and also their 2,736,601 and 605, 241 Facebook followers and 3,051,202 and 187,216 Twitter followers.

So... PRIVACY, IF YOU PLEASE!
