For all of Tom Fiedler's bluster in yesterday's e-mail to staffers about the Miami Herald web site being just as important as the newspaper, nobody seems to be keeping a close eye on the home page. Since early this morning, this headline has appeared on the home page of web site: "Marling not losing hope in defeat."

Yes it's just a typo, but it's been up there all day long. Wonder how long it'll be up there after this is posted.

EXTRA: Another voice from the right on Nevins' firing. Apparently, Earl's getting some mail on this.
