Will Tiger Make His Return in South Florida?

Miami's Doral Golf Resort & Spa certainly hopes so. There's been speculation that Tiger Woods would return from his knee surgery at the course's WGC-CA Championship March 12-15 -- almost a month before the Masters is to begin. But at this weekend's Allianz Championships in Boca Raton, golf buddy Mark O'Meara told reporters that a freshly tuned Woods is "better than ever" -- a scary thought, indeed -- and that he thinks The Second Coming just might occur next week at the Accenture Match Play Championship in Arizona.

Still, it seems a sure thing that Woods will be taking his cuts at Doral, which will be gangbusters for attendance and television ratings.

The deadline to register for the Accenture tournament is Friday. We will know by then.
