After moving south when Green Room became Stache, and with the closure of Miami's Vagabond, the party is back where it belongs. DJs Lorenzo DjKaos Fernandez and DJ LinderSMASH return along with promoter Johnny Veo. Think of this as a decadent, dark dessert after a long juice diet.

4. Teal Party X2: Time to Celebrate

Celebrating the birth of both Greg Hardy and Victor Flores, the Teal Party X2 is so huge, they had to spread it out over a whole weekend. The extravaganza kicks off Friday at 7 p.m., and lasts until the wee hours of the morning with DJ Silvio Carvana and tasty cocktails. Guest performers and drag queens Mia Patricyk and Alandra Matthews will bring out the divine diva in you, as well. The festivities continue Saturday with the grand pool party and DJ Kidd Madonny spinning beats. Be sure to RSVP.

3. Ciara Rae Band Single and Video Release at Round Up

Country cutie Ciara Rae will be present at Round Up with some Southern flavor and her powerhouse vocals. It's more than just a performance though. The night will also celebrate the release of her video for the single "Just Let the Band Play." You will want to "just let the band play" after hearing a couple of this songstress' tunes.

2. Altered 2014: Electronic Music and Animation Festival

Promoter and DJ Oski Gonzalez is a busy guy. And this year's Altered fest is another huge event thrown by the party brainiac at Da Big Kahuna. It's all about a variety of electronic musics and creative animations. Live SoFla-bred acts performing include Untamed Mckenzie, Devin Cribb, DJ Dekade, and others. Come mingle in neon on the beach, and get your dubstep dancing moves fit to impress.

1. Sea & Space and Mylo Ranger at Funky Buddha Lounge and Brewery

Boca bred Mylo Ranger and Sea & Space will be gracing Funky Buddha's stage this fine Saturday. Mylo Ranger is on the folky alternative side while Sea & Space blend electronic and acoustic sounds to create "signature floating liquid grooves." Sea & Space has also been in the studio, so most likely there will be a new spin on their jams or perhaps even some new songs altogether. The best news? You can get sonic satisfaction with a heavy dose of locally brewed beer.
