Thousands of fist-pumping rich kids will drive their Lamborghini's down to Miami this weekend for the dance music madness, and drop hundreds on VIP sections and premium vodka. Fine. Let them do that.

Because while they're going bankrupt, you'll be having fun and saving money in Broward County. Check out some of the most fun (and cheap) things going on this weekend. Your wallet thanks you.

5. ICON: Women Who Changed the World

6 p.m. Friday, March 27, at The Pride Center. 2040 N Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors. No cover. Visit Facebook

In collaboration with Chic Fix, the Pride Center at Equality Park will host an exhibition dedicated to Women’s History Month. This will be the fifth annual art exhibition and features artists such as Virginia “Marvel” Cuellar, MarciiannaLuv, Erika Cespedes and more. Music will be by DJ Gemini along with contemporary dancing by Impulsik. Who run the world? Girls.

4. Not Spices at Crafti Bar

9 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Crafti Bar. 21 West Las Olas Boulevard Fort Lauderdale. Click here.

The very spicy reggae band Not Spices will be sharing their jams at Fort Lauderale’s new Crafti Bar. If WMC is too much for you, this is the place to go. There will be plenty of chill vibes and PLUR (peace, love, unity and respect), but without the glow sticks and oversized pupils. The Gift and the Curse, Not Spices’ newest album, comes out in June. If we're lucky the band might just show off some new songs.

3. March FAT Village Art Walk | Classic (Live Film Shoot)

6 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at C&I Studios. 541 NW 1st Ave, Fort Lauderdale. Visit Facebook

When C&I Studios says you shouldn't miss an art walk, you should probably listen and get your butt down to FAT Village. This month’s art walk consists of a live film shoot in C&I's creative studio. Of course vendors, food trucks and artists will be present at the walk as well. Don’t forget to make a donation for Reach, C&I’s charity. Money as well as clothes are accepted. Just don’t literally take the shirt off your back – no one wants to see that.

2. You'll Live, Park Rd, and Indian Giver at Inkwell Pub

10 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at Inkwell Pub. 238 N State Road 7, Margate. No cover. Visit Facebook

It’s a night of indie, punk, and experimental rock at Margate’s Inkwell Pub. The lineup consists of funny monikers and talented musicians from the bands You’ll Live, Park Rd, and Indian Giver. This show is the complete antithesis of WMC, and it’ll allow you to rock out with your socks out. And, yes, we know that is not the original saying, but what if there are children in the room!

1. Night Of The Living Zombie

10 p.m. Friday, March 27, at Kreepy Tiki Bar & Lounge. 2608 South Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. $5 cover. Visit Facebook

Zombies are back and no, we’re not talking about The Walking Dead. O.M.E.N., otherwise known as One Mind Entertainment News, is hosting a night of undead fun. Appropriately titled bands Mikey Cunningham & The Aftermath and They Might Be Zombies will be jamming out for everyone, hopefully in some terrifying zombie attire. A viewing of Night Of The Living Dead will be just the cherry on the zombie cake. Cover is $5 for those in regular attire, and free for others who dress up like the theme.
