The Seminole Tribe of Florida is historically recognized as "the wild ones" of Native American culture.
These people were freedom loving adventurers from other states who banded together with runaway slaves in South Florida, and built a new home, culture, and way of life in the river of grass.
Now Gryphon at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is one of the livest clubs in America. And tonight, Cuban-born, Miami-based EDM veteran George Acosta will keep the spirit of the Green Corn Dance alive.
Acosta's sets, which include many of his own productions, will tear down and rebuild your whole framework of reality, and purify your soul in a tidal wave of bass.
Having cut his teeth to razor-sharp instruments of dance during the South Beach heyday of Shadow Lounge, Acosta has spent the last two decades touring the globe, taking the sounds of the South with him, and constantly building on his fortress of house, trance, party music, trap, and hits.
His Sirius Satellite show, The Lost World, reflects a live experience that will take Gryphon into flight, and send the liquor flowing and tobacco burning while Hollywood's wild ones do some ritual dancing into the morning sun.
Those who live it will give thanks to the most high, and keep coming back to rock hard at the Hard Rock again and again.
