Nothing says "royal wedding" quite like a new single from Snoop Dogg, especially when it's his dirtiest song yet -- really. Newly engaged Prince William, prone to blushing, probably turned a new hue of reddish-pink when he heard "Wet" for the first time.

"When I heard the royal family wanted to have me perform in celebration

of Prince William's marriage, I knew I had to give them a little

something," Snoop says in a news release. "'Wet' is the perfect anthem

for Prince William or any playa to get the club smokin'."

Aw, we've known Snoop as a thoughtful guy since our days as dedicated viewers of Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood, but could he have confused Prince William with his younger brother?

Released yesterday, "Wet"

hasn't yet invaded our subconscious to the point of us inadvertently

singing raunchy (but catchy) verses in line at the grocery store. It's

still unclear whether this song will ever make it to that point.

To promote "Wet," the second single released from Doggumentary Music, releasing March 2011, in addition to hyping the Prince William connection, Snoop is hosting a virtual dance competition. Contestants must create a video of themselves dancing to the song and follow the instructions on snoopdogg.com. So far, we could find only one entrant's video on YouTube. Suffice it to say I was really uncomfortable watching it alone in my cubicle. This should be an interesting competition.

Now imagine Prince William dancing around his bachelor party to this song. Fo schizzle.
