Some would argue that working with your spouse is a recipe for "Sweet Disaster," but Canadian indie folk band Whitehorse proves otherwise. Going on a decade of marriage, Luke Doucet and Melissa McClelland were both established singer/songwriters in their own right before tying the knot in 2006. In 2011, the musical duo chose to put their solo careers on hold to work together as a band. Five years later, the couple is going stronger than ever — both musically and romantically speaking — and shares a bond that outshines the brightest stage light.

Pink Talking Fish

"A hybrid tribute act fused together by the psychedelia of Pink Floyd, the frenetic rock and roll of Phish, and the high-energy dance music of the Talking Heads" — that's what Pink Talking Fish is all about. While New Times argues that "Pink Talking Fish’s goal of paying tribute to three wildly different acts — Pink Floyd’s era-defining prog-psych, Phish’s jam-band largesse, and the Talking Heads’ postpunk New Wave/world sound — might sound like too much for a pair of ears to digest," it all comes together when you hear them live.
