If there’s any excuse to get your lazy ass up on a Saturday, it’s this one. Presented by Moses Love, Zayna De Gaia, and I Love Yoga studio, spring teacher trainees will celebrate their graduation with the Follow Your Bliss festival.

Included in this festival is workshops, meditation, and, of course, yoga. Worried about food? Don’t be. There will be a full menu and organic juicebar to, according to the event page online, “refresh our body, mind, and spirit throughout the day.”

Classes start at 9 a.m with Kundalini Yoga: The Energy of Awakening with instructor Hannah Mizrachi Brummer. Other classes include hot Vinyasa with Mandy Moon, Yoganometry with Kevin Menear, Gentle Yoga with Juan Pablo Cardona and more.

Not a morning person, but still want to catch the feel good vibes? Swing by at 7 p.m. for an All Arts Open Mic. Musicians performing include TT Musicians, The I Love Yoga Kirtan Band, Daniela De Mari, Momentology, Patrick Kiebzak and many others.

Prepay for this chill event and save $10. The price ends up being $25 and will get you access all day and all night. Other options include the aforementioned package with one smoothie, one meal, a Follow your Bliss T-Shirt, and a 10-minute shoulder massage for $75. For $35, you can attend classes all day, plus one smoothie and one meal. Can’t commit to a whole day and night of Namaste? There is an option to only attend one class for $10.
