Future legend Cassadee Pope is about to have one hell of a homecoming. The former lead singer of pop-punk outfit Hey Monday has been hard at work the past few months as a contestant on NBC's slap in American Idol's face, The Voice. On Tuesday, Pope made it past yet another round of cuts and is now a part of the coveted top four. This means she gets to return to her South Florida roots for a special "hometown visit," and Palm Beach County residents have a chance to see her perform and attempt to get on national television.

Pope will be the main attraction tonight during downtown West Palm Beach's weekly free concert series, Clematis by Night. Normally a swarm of families around a cover band, tonight's event promises to deliver an exciting, dynamic show with lots of video cameras and fans of all ages. Pope won't only be rocking the stage for an audience full of people who "know someone she's friends with" but she'll also have the special honor of lighting the town Christmas tree. In pure West Palm Beach fashion, this holiday centerpiece is not your typical foliage. A string of lights will surround the 35-foot-tall "tree" that is sculpted out of more than 400 tons of sand.

Want to get an even bigger piece of the action? West Palm put together a very special charity auction for one lucky superfan. Be the highest bidder and get a one-of-a-kind experience that includes arriving at the venue in the city's new underwater-themed trolley alongside Pope, Mayor Jeri Muoio, and even Santa (I know him!). The winner then gets to join in on lighting the massive sand tree and hanging out backstage with Pope until she gets sick of you. The money raised from the auction will go toward audio/video education for WPB's Youth Empowerment Center, so that's actually pretty cool.

We are kind of giddy about getting a taste of her star power tonight, especially considering Pope's breakout song on the show was "Over You," which achieved the impressive feat of knocking out "Gangnam Style" from the number-one spot on iTunes. Oh, and did we mention it's free!
