Looks like Dwyane Wade and ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade aren't done with their bitter feud.

The latest brouhaha?

She's suing him over endorsement money.

Funches-Wade filed a lawsuit against D-Wade on Tuesday alleging that he owes her money from his endorsement deals.

D-Wade -- or, more to the point, his lawyer -- says that's hogwash.

According to a report by the Chicago Sun-Times, Funches-Wade is claiming through a lawsuit filed by attorney William P. Suriano that D-Wade (AKA MV3, AKA WOW, AKA THREE) is violating some kind of terms of agreement where he's supposed to be putting all his endorsement scrilla into a joint account that both he and Siohvaughn control.

James Pritikin, Wade's attorney, says the lawsuit has no merit.

Apparently this agreement had been thrown out in domestic court during Wade's much-publicized custody battle. But Suriano says that decision was restored after an appeal.

Pritikin says this lawsuit mischaracterizes the court order.

In 2011, Wade was awarded sole custody of his and Funches-Wade's two sons, Zion and Zaire.

Wade currently has endorsement deals with T-Mobile, Staples, Gatorade, and the Chinese sporting goods company Li Ning.
