A Palm Beach man was arrested for impersonating a police officer after he angrily told a Burger King drive-thru worker he was a cop when they messed up his order.
The man, Riviera Beach Police say, was so upset about getting the wrong order, he refused to leave the drive-thru lane. When employees threatened to call police unless he left, he told them he was the police.
But, turns out 38-year old Austin Schoor isn't a cop. So, he was arrested.

According to the arrest report, Schoor pulled up to the Burger King drive-thru on West Blue Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach for the sole purpose of complaining about receiving the wrong order of food he received the day before.
In an attempt to be helpful, the restaurant manager asked Schoor for a receipt. He apparently didn't have one.
Cops say the manager asked an angry Schoor to leave after he refused to leave the drive-thru lane. Instead, Schoor put his vehicle in park and continued to berate the employees.
The manager told Schoor that if he didn't leave, she would be forced to call the cops.
According to the report, Schoor told the manager: "Call the police. I'm an officer."
So, she did.
When Riviera Police arrived, Schoor said he denied ever saying he was a police officer, but that he did at one point work for the West Palm Beach Fire Rescue. Police called them to confirm, and were told that Schoor had not been with the Fire Rescue in about a year.
The report did say that the Burger King manager had audio evidence of Schoor telling her he was an officer.
Schoor was arresred on charges of impersonating an officer and fraud-impersonate. He was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday on $1,000 bail.
