The four Hollywood Police officers who had a role in a fabricating a police report to conceal an officer's role in a traffic collision have lost their appeal and have been terminated from the department.

The incident stems from a collision that occurred on the night of February 17, when officer Joel Francisco collided with a woman, Alexandra Torrensvillas, who was allegedly stopped at a green light. The Hollywood cops who responded didn't realize that their video was rolling as they discussed how they'd handle the case to absolve Francisco of blame. Officer Karim Thomas, Officer Dewey Pressley, and Sgt. Andrew Diaz were all terminated with Francisco after a police investigation of the incident.

A crime scene technician, Andrea Tomassi, also lost an appeal and was terminated.
