A man known only as Howard who's been seen at airports across the country clad in women's underwear, see-through shirts, knee-high stockings, and women's wear of the like, is the center of some controversy after his recent flight out of Fort Lauderdale.
Several photos showed up online showing Howard wearing women's underwear and stockings on a U.S. Airways flight from Fort Lauderdale to Phoenix on June 9.
Six days later, a University of New Mexico student was arrested after not adhering to requests by a U.S. Airways flight crew to pull up his sagging pants.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, passengers on Howard's flight complained about his dress, but they let him be.
But a U.S. Airways spokeswoman says the only reason the sagging college student was arrested was because he didn't comply with the flight crew.
"We don't have a dress code policy," spokeswoman Valerie Wunder told the Chronicle. "Obviously, if their private parts are exposed, that's not appropriate... So if they're not exposing their private parts, they're allowed to fly."
Let's focus on the important part here -- this guy Howard wears some interesting stuff.
Here's some of the attire Howard likes to don while flying around the country:
