Cooper City City Commissioner John Sims is considered to be "outspoken." A straight shooter who isn't afraid to "tell it like it is."

He's also mind-blowingly racist.

As Bob Norman reports, Sims had himself a racisorgasm and threw out every racial stereotype anyone has ever said pertaining to Obama EVER.

And, of course, he did it on Facebook.

Sims took to the The Facebook to make a joke about a fake Obama stimulus package he received:

"Just wanted to let you know...today I received my 2013 Social Security Stimulus Package. It contained two tomato seeds, cornbread mix, two discount coupons to KFC, an 'Obama Hope & Change' bumper sticker, a prayer rug, a machine to blow smoke up my ass and a 'Blame it on Bush' poster for the front yard. The directions were in Spanish. Yours should arrive soon."

Holy. And shit. That's a bouillabaisse of racism right thurrrr!!

Although we're willing to bet Sims wrote "two watermelon seeds" and then was all I need to be more subtle with my racism! and changed it to "two tomato seeds."

The corn-bread mix and coupons for fried chicken, though, those made the cut.

Of course, Sims soon deleted the post. But only after people were outraged about it.

"It was obviously negative racial stereotypes putting down African-Americans, Hispanics, and he was putting down a religion," Cooper City resident and assistant chief of the Hollywood Police Department James Jones told Norman

"People need to know this -- he's an elected official, and people need to know this about him. He is representing us, and people are paying him to do that."

Jones sent an email to City Hall asking other commissioners to denounce Sims and call for his resignation.

According to Norman, Sims says he took down the original message and reposted it differently because "some might view it as inappropriate."

Or, as straight-shooting Cooper City City Commissioner John Sims might call it: RACISM.

We scoured Sims' Facebook page for the "re-worded post" but, between the posts about Bill Whittle for President! and pictures of bison meatballs, we couldn't find it. Or maybe it's because we no eh-speeck-ah deh Engleech, and so we just missed it.

Although we noticed his favorite quote is "Don't Tread on Me."

Because of course it is.
