Todd Wilson Bush is a teacher and assistant football coach at Lake Worth High School.
He also allegedly agreed to pay a woman -- who was actually a police detective -- $120 to have her 12-year-old daughter perform oral sex on him behind a strip mall.
According to an arrest affidavit from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the investigation started on December 2, after someone called up the cops saying Bush was looking for someone who could help him find a kid to have sex with.
Bush's friend hooked him up with the police detective, who started text-messaging with Bush.
Bush said he was looking for a white girl "under 14" and asked the detective "how much for her to fuck and suck," the police report states.
The detective told Bush she had a 12-year-old daughter and also had access to a 14-year-old girl, both available for paid sex.
According to police, Bush asked if there was a 10-year-old girl available, to which the detective said no. The detective also said no to having sex with the 12-year-old and the 14-year-old at the same time.
The cops say they finally reached an agreement, which was that the 12-year-old girl would perform oral sex on Bush and Bush would be able to fondle her for the price of $120.
"As part of the agreement, Bush requested that the minor child did not wear panties or a bra prior to or during the sexual encounter," the report says. "The sexual encounter was to take place on December 7, 2011, behind a strip mall near to the meeting place, inside Bush's personal vehicle."
The day before the arranged meeting, police say Bush canceled.
His phone records were subpoenaed a few days later, though, confirming that it was Bush's phone.
Police contacted him the next day and took a statement from him -- although what he said is redacted from the police report -- and is charged with computer pornography by traveling to meet a minor, the report says.
Bush is currently being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on $100,000 bond.
