  • Broward Judge Susan Lebow dismissed a murder case after a prosecutor refused to give his opening statement, angry over not receiving evidence that was supposed to have arrived from West Palm. But it's not like 26-year-old Jason Stone got away with murder. That 2007 case was a violation of his probation, leading him to be sentenced to life in prison. [Sun-Sentinel]
