I'm still not sold on the idea that Judge William Zloch shouldn't recuse himself from the Scott Rothstein forfeiture case.

Before, we knew that Rothstein claimed publicly that Zloch's brother, Chuck, was one of his best friends in the world. Now, we know that Chuck Zloch, an agent at MassMutual Insurance, sold Rothstein a $14.8 million life insurance policy. MassMutual is now suing to have it rendered null and void on the grounds that Rothstein misrepresented himself to get it (mainly by pretending that he made his money by practicing law rather than stealing it from investors).

Here's an email Rothstein sent across his law firm a year ago:
