What's more surprising than a Brazilian-themed steak joint serving a slider? Perhaps that those sliders are actually some of the tastiest, most inventive around. It all starts with a sweet, toasted brioche bun. Then comes the patty: Instead of using ground beef, Zed451 forms a burger out of chopped pieces of steak. The resulting sandwich has the texture of a steak sandwich with the flavor and taste of a slider. It's topped with crisp, fried onion rings and crunchy bread and butter pickles, and you can optionally get Cajun bacon and smoked Gouda to boot. Now that's a slider.
