If you love chef Douglas Rodriguez and his modern take on traditional Latin foods but dread making the drive down to Miami Beach to eat at  De Rodriguez Cuba, fret not.

Rodriguez is pairing up with Sea chef/owner Tony Sindaco for a pop-up dinner at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Sindaco and Rodriguez are sharing duties, preparing three courses each

for the intimate six-course dinner.

Typical for pop-up dinners,

the menu is still in the works, but we do know that Rodriguez will be

serving a ceviche dish and Sindaco will offer seafood specialties like

tuna tartare and seared scallops.

The dinner is $95 per person

(tax and gratuity not included). The dinner is reserved for just

22

guests, so reservations are suggested. Call 954-533-2580 to reserve your spot at the dinner table.
