If you walk into a Flanigan's in Palm Beach county and spot a familiar infamous face, don't check your contact lenses. It could very well be Casey Anthony, the woman acquitted of murdering her daughter Caylee in a trial that garnered world-wide attention for Florida.
According to Jose Lambiet's Gossip Extra, a woman bearing a striking resemblance to Anthony was spotted having dinner at a Lake Worth Flanigan's late last week. The woman was with two men, one of which was identified by restaurant employees as Pat McKenna, a West Palm Beach private detective who worked on both Anthony's trial and O.J. Simpson's trial. Accorfding to Gossip Extra, the credit card that was used to pay the check read "Patrick J. McKenna."
Though restaurant workers would not confirm the woman was, indeed, Anthony, there is a grainy cell phone photo that depicts a woman wearing a white knit hat. A witness reports that Anthony had "hot chicken wings".
Clean Plate Charlie called the restaurant for comment. As soon as we identified ourselves, we were hung up on.
Though acquitted of murder, Anthony faces a defamation lawsuit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman with the same name as the fabricated babysitter Anthony claimed had her child back in 2008. According to HLN, the original trial date of January 2, 2013 has been delayed.
