Elevation Burger, the 100% sustainable, free-range, grass-fed beef burger joint, will open for business come Monday, March 15.

The Arlington, Virginia-based burger chain's slogan, "ingredients matter," translates to organic burgers that are ground on premises, hand-cut French fries cooked in pure olive oil, and milk shakes made to order.

The Coral Springs location, the chain's first in Florida, is at 2908 University Drive in the Walk shopping plaza. The restaurant will be open for business after 11 a.m. on Monday. A grand opening celebration being planned for April.

Hours will be Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Call 954-796-1999.
