Halloween awkwardly falls on a school night this year, which means rushing home from work, dressing your little ghouls and gobblins, and rushing them around quickly -- then hoping they'll come off their sugar high in time for bed.

If that sounds exhausting to you, why not take the kids to the fifth annual Boo Bash this Saturday, October 26 at Whole Foods Market at Downtown at the Gardens shopping center in Palm Beach Gardens.

From 4 - 10 p.m. kids will have fun with live music, spooky crafts, a special kid's zone and a haunted cupcake bash! Dress your kids up and enter them in the costume contest featuring over $375 in prizes at 5 p.m.

Grownups will have fun too, thanks to food from Whole Foods Market's "goodwill from the grill" and a craft beer and wine tasting, featuring over 85 different varieties to try.

The event is free for kids and adults not participating in the beer and wine tastings. A $20 donation to Resource Depot, an organization that provides free art supplies to Palm Beach County teachers, is requested for the tastings. Participants will receive a tassting mug and wristband.100 percent of proceeds from the beer and win tasting will benefit Resource Depot.
