1. Las Olas Wine and Food Festival
Las Olas is known for being a foodie street. From 7:30 to 10 p.m., the festival is taking over four blocks of the famed boulevard. The event features more than 70 local restaurants and over 45 tables offering wines and craft brews. Back to the fest this year, is the Bombay Sapphire Gin lounge, with a chic and relaxing ambience for those looking to sip on cocktails rather than wine. Another return is the Shellback Caribbean Hut, which features samples of rum drinks. The last cocktail option is the first-ever New Amsterdam Shave Lounge, a turn-of-the-century themed barbershop and bar that will be offering free razor shaves, shoe shines, and, obviously, vodka cocktails. A new La Marca Lounge with a photo booth will be handing out glasses of prosecco. Tickets are $100 per person. Visit lasolaswff.com.
