Food trucks hit Broward again tonight for the weekly Hard Rock rally. We'll feature a different  truck each week so you can get acquainted with the food and the people running them. Today, we're going to feature Ms. Cheezious.

Brian and Fatima Mullins are the humans behind the cheesy pinup known as Ms. Cheezious. This powder-blue truck with the sexy girl on it holds the secret to all things cheesy.

This grilled-cheese truck lets you have it both ways -- make your own from a choice of bread, eight different cheeses (Swiss, cheddar, American, Gruyère, Blue, Brie, Havarti, or Provolone), and add-ons like bacon, oven-roasted turkey, shaved ham, prosciutto, tomato, and spiced apple. Or let the experts decide for you and enjoy one of the house specialties like the Crabby Cheese Melt (a crab salad melt with sharp cheddar) or the totally incredible Sweet Meltdown (sweet ricotta and orange marmalade on Texas toast with a side of chocolate dipping sauce).

Any way you choose, you're in for a good night with the lady known as Ms. Cheezious if you're cheesy.

  • Food trucks will serve dinner at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino from 5:30 to 10 p.m. tonight. Plenty of free parking, live entertainment, and a movie under the stars complete the package.

More than a dozen trucks are expected, including: Aaron's Catering Express, Churro Mania, Daddy's Grill, Dim Ssam a Gogo, Dolci Pecatti Gelato, the Fish Box, the Flying Saucer, Grillmaster Cafe, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger, the Mexzican Gourmet, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, the Red Koi, the Rolling Stove, Slow Food Truck, Sugar Rush, and the Yellow Submarine.

Update: The Hard Rock food truck rally has been cancelled tonight due to inclement weather!
